Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return, exchange, or refund according to the following policy.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date, accompanied by proof of purchase, and are subject to a handling fee*. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Products that are used, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After processing your return request, Yellow Bell will provide you a return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window or the return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected it will be processed for refund in the form of original payment. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
